Process Serving

Our agents provide process serving including residences and businesses throughout the region. We offer standard process serving (5-7 days), and expedited and same-day services. 

In addition, we are able to provide service attempts in the morning, during the day, or evening as needed. 

Clients are able to submit and track requests online via a web-based client portal that provides status, updates, and all paperwork related to your case.

Unlike out-of-market process servers, we are local (based our of Frederick county) and only provide services in a limited geography to ensure high quality, accurate, and timely service. 

We offer service of process for a variety of different type of documents, including: 

• Family Law matters such as Divorce and Child Custody
• Eviction notices
• Civil litigation Summonses & Complaints
• Criminal / Witness Summonses

After a request is received, our team will review the request to make certain we have the correct legal documents that need to be served. Then we will identify the parties that need to be served and begin work. 

Once there is a successful service, we will complete the necessary paperwork and advise the client of the completed service. 

We offer 3 options based on your needs for the urgency of the service: 

• Standard - Completed in 5-7 days
• Rush - Less than 5 days
• Same-Day
