Clients are able to submit and track requests online via a web-based client portal that provides status, updates, and all paperwork related to your case.

Our headquarters are local (based our of Frederick county) and our team has significant experience in the local area, but through our network of process servers throughout the country, we can offer service of process anywhere in the United States.

We offer service of process for a variety of different type of documents, including:

After a request is received, our team will review the request to make certain we have the correct legal documents that need to be served. Then we will identify the parties that need to be served and begin work. 

Once there is a successful service, we will complete the necessary paperwork and advise the client of the completed service. 

We offer 3 options based on your needs for the urgency of the service: 

• Standard - Completed in 7-10 days
• Rush - Less than 7 days
• Same-Day
