SORNA & Sex Registry - Focus Groups & Research
For criminal defendants and their families, we provide a wide range of services during all stages of the criminal justice process - including pre-trial, sentencing mitigation, incarceration preparation, parole packets, and re-entry support. Our consultation packages include in-person, remote, and written reports and billed on either flat-fee or hourly basis.
The majority of other prison consultants are focused exclusively on white collar crime. However, our focus is on first-time offenders who are charged with any type of misdemeanor or felony, including violent or sex crimes, that may require (1) jail or prison time, (2) to be on the sex registry, or (3) need guidance at any point during the judicial process.
For attorneys and law firms, we offer a variety of research and trial preparation services - including online and in-person focus groups, mock trials, jury pool research, and pre-sentencing assistance. Our focus groups can be set-up even on a few days notice - and designed to allow attorneys to test a variety of components of a trial - evidence, arguments, and more.
We are here to help relieve the stress and the unknown of the criminal justice system, with pre-designed consulting packages and custom services designed to assist you and your family. We offer a full range of information, guidance, and services, including:
- Arrest & pre-trial supervision support (GPS/ankle monitoring)
- Sentencing preparation and mitigation
- Preparation for prison or jail
- Parole support (parole hearing preparation)
- Family support services (during incarceration)
- Guidance for SORNA (Sex Registry) requirements
- Rehabilitation assistance (in DOC/Jail)
- Post-incarceration planning (job search, resume, interviewing)
Targeted towards first-time offenders who are charged with felonies and/or misdemeanors that could include incarceration, we will work with you to understand and navigate the process from start to finish.
Call us at 240-599-2126 for more information or to set up a free consultation.
We emphasize the importance of rehabilitation, how to do this safely at DOC, and what loved ones can do to support rehabilitative efforts. It all starts with a plan. No matter where you are in the process, we can help by providing the information and knowledge you need.
